• Grub/NPC Control

  • Grub Worms are a major problem for everyones lawn in Wisconsin. Every Year we see more and more damage to lawns totaling thousands of dollars in damage. White Grubs are the larvae of June Japanese Beetles.  Each of these beetles go through a three year life cycle. During the early summer months these Beetles lay their eggs in the soil and within weeks the white grub emerges and feeds during the warm summer months. During this time period they cause the most damage to your lawn. They feed on grass, grass roots and garden crops. Food-seeking predators (such as moles, skunks, crows and blackbirds) often do further damage where grubs are present which may be the reason you have seen holes in your yard and wondered why?? Given that we fully understand their life cycle makes it possible for us to treat them correctly.  Therefore we do applications in the early spring to help keep your lawn protected.

  • Chinch Bugs (Another Nuisance Pest)

Chinch Bugs live above the soil and feed on living grass plants by means of a piercing mouthpart. The insect inserts its mouth into the leaves, stems or crowns and sucks the juices out of the plant. The damage looks quite similar to drought symptoms.  It's important that you have an experienced company take a look at your property because its possible what looks like drought stress could actually be a Chinch Bug Problem.  Like other Nuisance Pests, these little pests about microscopic in size can end up costing you thousands of dollars if they are not controlled.
